“Great earthquakes” can be expected in Pristina because his government has a legitimacy problem, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said.
He is not happy with the turbulence on the political plane, which is now occurring in Pristina, as he is not looking forward to such turbulence anywhere in the region, he told RTS.
When asked by journalists how Belgrade can use it, Vucic replies that he cannot take advantage of such a situation, because if the situation in Pristina is stable, then Belgrade has a stable partner to talk to, and if it is unstable, Albanian politicians “will compete against who”. will repeat repeatedly that Serbia has committed genocide. “
He says negotiations with Pristina will continue to be difficult, because the legitimacy of the Pristina government is “on the swing”, explaining that if they form a government with 21 percent citizen support, Albin Kursti remains in opposition to 37 percent support.
“It is not an easy situation and then you have a legitimacy problem,” said Vucic.
When asked if the situation regarding the Crown barrier on Serbian goods had been “removed or moved”, Vucic said that there would be “many problems” and reiterated that Belgrade is in favor of an absolute free flow of goods, services and capital.
He underlines that this will continue to be done, because that is crucial for us and for them, says the President.
Vucic added that he had also had conversations with the United States Special Envoy for KiM Richard Grenell and the European mediator for KiM Miroslav Lajcak in recent days.
