The new government will adapt to the people and there will be many new people in it.Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said yesterday from Istanbul, addressing the nation, and on the eve of meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

He pointed out that the Serbian government is not adapted now to Brussels, Berlin, Washington and other cities, as it was during the previous government, when the government was made up of tycoons and ambassadors from foreign countries.

A part of them from the outside have their wishes of who should not be, but also when they would prefer to see in the government, revealed Vučić, adding that he always responds to them in the right way.

– I usually tell them when I would like to see them in their governments, I always ask them if the same thing happens to you. When they come up with some clever proposals, I always ask them if there are any in another EU country. They say no, but as we are not yet in the EU, it is good for us. When you do that in the first EU country, you can also do it in our country, Vučić said.

Thus, he responded to a request to comment on the assertions of some analysts that the new government is tailored to foreign power centers and that is why he, as president, now has numerous meetings with world officials before forming a new government.

He mentioned that he has not received any wishes from the East since when, although he assumes that someone would like to see more in government compared to others.

– But today’s government, unlike the period in which it was unequivocally made up of Mišković and the American ambassador, when the tycoons and the ambassador introduced the tycoon Djilas and many others, will not be made up of foreign magnates or ambassadors – said Vučić.
He pointed out that many people within the SNS have learned to be in high positions and to drive with “tino-nino”, that is, rotations, and to have secretaries and drivers. Then she added that the same is true of other parts.

The president affirmed that it is difficult to change everything that one is used to, stand firm as a wall and bury oneself in the government, but that he will try to have many new people as in the local, where there are more than 60 percent of the new mayors. J. Đ.

It is important that Serbia has excellent relations with Turkey

The President of Serbia and his Turkish colleague Recep Tayyip spoke privately yesterday at a working lunch. On the eve of the meeting, Vučić stated that it is important for Serbia to have excellent relations and communication with Turkey, because it is one of the most important powers in the world. The topics of the meeting were hot topics as well as economic topics. Before the meeting, the president declared that he would ask Erdogan for support for an industrial zone in Serbia, as there are Turkish companies interested in developing it, but the support of the Turkish president is also needed. The issues were also relations in the Mediterranean, but also the agreement signed in Washington.

No power plant will work in Serbia

Vučić said that the sole objective of the united opposition is their demolition and the demolition of everything the state does, because, he says, they have no plans or programs. When asked if former ambassador Vladeta Janković says that “if he doesn’t win the elections, he will work hard” due to better wages and pensions and lower unemployment, Vučić replied that he will not work.

For the first time, the average salary in Serbia exceeds 511 euros

The president of Serbia said yesterday that he can proudly tell citizens that the average salary in July, in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, in our country amounted to more than 60,000 dinars and that for the first time it exceeded 511 euros.

– That is the maximum in the Western Balkan region, and when I became Prime Minister, we shared third place in terms of average salary with North Macedonia, and Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina were ahead of us – said Vučić.
