THE OPPOSITION WON A MILA! However, there is still a long way to go before a government is formed.

According to the latest estimates from the Center for Monitoring and Investigation (CEMI), the opposition will have no less than 41 seats in the future convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro, counting the sum of three large lists of coalitions. Although this means that the DPS will have 40 terms left, that is, one less, it does not automatically mean that the government is formed.

Inevitably three big questions arise before declaring final victory (seizing power).

The first question is what the State Election Commission (SEC) will say. The only valid results are those announced by the SEC, which currently has only about 36 votes processed. All other forecasts are indicators, but not valid official data.

The second question: what will happen if the number of votes is repeated in a large number of polling stations? Given that a large number of irregularities were reported during voting, DPS will no doubt file complaints and demand a re-election at problematic polling stations.

The third question, and perhaps the most important one today, what will Dritan Abazović, the head of the “Black on White / URA” list, do? He reiterated several times during the election campaign that he would never enter a coalition with Milo Đukanović, so now the question remains whether the Democratic Front partners will remain faithful and consistent with their electoral statements. Why? Because, after all, we must not forget that Milo Đukanović’s political knowledge is enormous, and the gravitational political force remains unsurpassed.

In addition, there remains the question of the use value of a surplus deputy, how many opposition parties would they have together in the parliamentary seats, because the deputies vote according to their own conscience, and that does not necessarily mean that everyone will vote for the new government, as it shows. the example of Budva.
