In the past 24 hours, 8,285 people in Serbia were tested for the corona virus, 84 of them tested positive and sadly one person died.
With today’s figures, we have passed one million tests for the corona virus in Serbia, but there has been a significant increase compared to yesterday’s result, when we had 53 new cases in 24 hours.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and the “Trampolín” Institute, there are 36 patients with respirators in hospitals throughout the country.
The members of the crisis staff do not hide that we are in particular danger from the “importation” of the crown, that is, from the return of our people who are on vacation abroad, especially in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to tourist workers, there are about 75,000 of them at the moment.
Today, Dr. Predrag Kon spoke again, asking for caution and respect for epidemiological measures, because, as he said, “otherwise, full hospitals await us.” Read more about it here.
