For the past 20 years, the American discourse in the region has been Kosovo. The United States now opens an office in Serbia. This is a change in the American interest in the region – he said. According to him, the responsibility for this development lies entirely with Kosovo. – The responsibility is entirely ours, because we accept that after the International Court of Justice legitimized the independence of Kosovo, Kosovo, under pressure from Serbia, entered the negotiation process, which was not clear. So, we have paved the way for Serbia to strengthen itself politically and militarily, Surroi said. He said that Kosovo’s objectives in relation to Serbia have not been lost. – The United States under Trump is different from other administrations.
