The murderers shamefully change the statement, the younger brother of the deceased: “How can you not be ashamed ?!”

In yesterday’s hearing, the brother of the murdered Stefan, AF (17), as well as the minor MR (16) who accompanied the murdered on the fateful day, were questioned. As we learn, they stuck with the testimony they gave immediately after the unfortunate event.

During the trial, there was a confrontation between the defendants and the brother of the late Stefan. As we learned that AF stuck with his testimony from before, he did not change his statement, while the defendants continued to deny that they were guilty of Stefan’s death.

– They continued to make shameful statements and defend themselves. They are constantly changing something in their statements, that is terrible. It was very difficult for us as a family to hear that again, especially since A. and the two defendants were now confronted. At each trial, the family goes through it all again, Stefan Filić’s aunt said.

It is suspected that the defendants brutally beat Stefan on February 2 this year, in front of the “Borodolom” bar in Velika Plana. The perpetrators first attacked Filić’s younger brother and another, and then Filić intervened, wanting to separate them, but the young man’s conflict apparently escalated.

The unfortunate Stefan, a graduate of the Velika Plana School of Economics, died as a result of injuries inflicted by the perpetrators.

According to his aunt, Stefan’s unhappy mother still takes medication to keep her calm, while his father Nenad “endures everything stoically” so that he can help his youngest son and wife.

Bojovic, who is accused of hitting Filic several times and then kicking him in the head, again denied that he was guilty of the crime for which the prosecution charges.

According to Bojović’s complaint, which differs from defenses previously presented to prosecutors, the fight near the “Brodolom” nightclub started because someone from Stefan’s company “threw something insolent at him, laughed and did not apologize.” Supposedly, the youthful MR gave it a cheeky touch.

Stefan’s brother repeated that there was no fight, but Stefan wanted to defuse the conflict so it wouldn’t happen.

The second defendant, Mitar Pandurevic, also changed his defense several times. At the last trial, he claimed that he did not hit Filić and that seven people participated in the fight. He said he had a fight with Stefan’s younger brother, but all witnesses denied it.

As in the previous trial, Stefan’s friends from high school gathered yesterday in front of the Plana Superior Court to support the family in the most difficult moments. They carried posters with them, as well as photographs of Stefan.
