Aleksandar Penezic (32) and his maternal brother Milos Petrovic (22), of Veliki Borak near Barajevo, were killed in a horrible car accident that happened near Umka on Monday, when they were returning from work.

The brothers were in a BMW car, Aleksandar was behind the wheel, and Miloš was in the passenger seat when they landed out of the way and hit a concrete pole. Due to the force of the impact, one young man fell from the car and was found in front of the destroyed vehicle, while the other was removed from the remains by firefighters.

Everyone on medication

Family and friends were devastated yesterday, her mother had to gather strength and seek body recognition.

– Aleksandar left his wife, two young children, a son and a daughter, as well as an inconsolable mother, and Miloš, in addition to his mother, also his fiancee, with whom he planned to be engaged in a month. We are all taking medication and cannot believe this has happened, Alexander’s wife’s sister tearfully told Kurir.

She adds that she doesn’t know how the fatal accident happened.

– That day Aleksandar and Miloš worked privately as a painter. The accident occurred when they were returning home. They were probably in a hurry to get there before the curfew. Someone mentioned that they were allegedly hit by another car while driving and that Aleksandar then went off the road, the interlocutor said, adding that there was no sign of an accident happening to them and turned them black forever.

– Since the police informed us about the tragedy, we have gone crazy. Alexander’s wife is inconsolable. No one knows who is worse, the sad mother, who went to identify the bodies of her children, the wife and children, who knows if she will remember the father, since they are still small, says the inconsolable woman.

Neighbors only have words of praise for the two young men who died.

– Aleksandar finished construction school and worked as a painter for a long time. Aleksandar and Miloš have been working together for the past month, ever since Miloš returned from temporary work in Germany due to the crown, the neighbor says, adding:

– Her mother divorced her first husband, with whom she got Aleksandra. I remember it was a baby when they came here. After four or five years, she married Miloš’s father and they caught him. Another husband died a few years ago.

– He has been driving since he was 17 years old, but, unfortunately, he liked to drive a little faster. I don’t know what happened and how the accident happened, but it is possible that he drove faster than he should, one of the neighbors said.
