Belgrade – “This is a big part, there is no greater privilege than working for its people,” says Tomislav Momirović, candidate for Minister of Construction.

“The ministry, as well as the company, must function responsibly. I did not come to introduce revolutionary changes, but to do some things a little better,” Momirovic said on Prva TV.
“My first job is to communicate with my associates so that I can get involved in the work as soon as possible. I came to work and left my mark,” he added.
According to him, in the developed world, the practice is for entrepreneurs to perform such functions, to give something to their country.
“We build the company on the market, not on privileges, we are used to the real sector, and from that position I am reaching a public position,” said Momirovic.
“In the real sector there is no excuse, we must not be late, I think this will apply. I intend to convey that approach so that there are no jokes, ”he stressed.
The candidate for Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure in the new government is the president of the company Mona Hotel Management and the successor of the famous brand “Mona”.
Momirovic will replace Zorana Mihajlovic in that position.
He was born on October 17, 1983 in Belgrade, where he graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. Since 2007 he has been with Mona doo, where he first held the position of advisor. Since 2011 and the spin-off of Mona Hotel Management, he is the CEO of the company, which manages three hotels (Hotel Zlatibor Mona in Zlatibor, Hotel Javor in Kušići, Hotel Argo in Belgrade) and a Vila Bella residential building in Budva.
He is a participant in the business association of hoteliers and restaurateurs HORES, where he has been president of the Assembly since 2013, and from 2009 to 2013 he served as president of the Board of Directors.
Since 2016 he is president of the company Mona Hotel Management doo After a year, the construction of a new hotel in Dorćol (Mona Plaza) has started, which is the largest investment in the history of the company.
Momirovic made himself known to the public when he opposed the increase in the minimum price of labor, and is also known for his tweets in which he shared his views on workers, the economy and business.
