Milivoje L. (50), a supplier from Bosanska Gradiška, wanted by the police on suspicion of placing a bomb under a BMW X5 on September 13 and killing Strahinja Stojanović (30), most likely arrived in Belgrade on a mission to carry out the settlement. As we found out, an Interpol warrant was issued against him today.
Investigators are still investigating the motive for the murder, as well as whether Milivoje L. was paid for the settlement.
Possible reasons
– The investigation into possible clients and the motive for the crime is currently going in two directions. The first concerns Stojanović’s connection to the murder of Luka Bojović’s lawyer, Dragoslav Mišo Ognjanović. The other direction of the investigation goes in the direction of a Belgrade criminal group, with whom Stojanović allegedly got into a conflict over two kilograms of cocaine, according to a Kurir source.
According to him, information emerged that Stojanović had deceived a drug trafficking group and that they had not forgiven him.
Stojanović was also the target of the bomb attack in 2018, but then by sheer luck, because he forgot his mobile phone in the apartment, he survived the explosion of the car in which his then girlfriend, Miss Marbella, was.
– So far, there is no information to indicate that the deceased was in direct conflict with Milivoje L., who also resides in Serbia, but has not resided at that address for 14 years. Everything indicates that he was hired for liquidation, as someone who handles explosive devices well – he adds.
CONFLICT WITH BOJOVIĆ
His lawyer Strahinja Stojanović is suspected of being killed before the first bomb attack, which he survived in 2018, in connection with the liquidation of Luka Bojović’s lawyer, Dragoslav Mišo Ognjanović. He was allegedly on good terms with Milos Delibasic, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison for being a member of a criminal group that killed Bojovic’s brother, Nikola, as well as Stojanovic’s godfather, Milos Vidakovic. During the trial, one of the defendants admitted that it was Stojanović who ordered Vidaković’s murder and that, in return, he was supposed to kill Bojović’s friend Luka Đurović for them. Djurovic, however, died in a car accident.
This claim is supported by the fact that the explosive device had nuts, which are used to install screws.
– They are used to increase the destructive effect and the lethality of the bomb he used – confirmed the prosecution.

In the explosion that took place in New Belgrade, it should be remembered that Stojanović’s girlfriend, the Colombian Sonja Suárez Gómez (45), also suffered minor injuries.
At the hearing, she confirmed that she had not separated from the murdered man in the past six months, claiming that he was not afraid for his own safety and that he was not hiding or having security. Apparently, she said she was involved in importing cars.
– It is suspected that the plot of the car was a cover for what he was really doing, and that is drug trafficking. In that “business”, he certainly won a lot of enemies – concludes Kurir’s interlocutor.
Incidentally, the suspect Milivoje L., allegedly drove an electric bicycle to the New Belgrade garage, placed explosives under the jeep, and then observed its movement to activate the device. He then threw the bike into the Sava and, as suspected, fled immediately.
