The Interior Ministry filed a criminal complaint against Boško Obradović

Criminal charges were brought before the First Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade against MEP Dveri and leader Boško Obradović and three other people for participating in an incident that recently took place in front of the National Assembly.

The Home Office filed a criminal report accusing Boško Obradović and others of the crime of violent behavior at the Prosecutor’s Office after collecting the necessary information and data, reports RTS.

The First Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade announced that criminal charges had also been filed against M. Đ, D. Đ. and S.M.

The statement indicates that there is a well-founded suspicion that on May 8, in front of the National Assembly, “they committed violence against MP Marijan Risticevic and Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar, as well as other people.”

It is added that the prosecution has taken evidentiary measures to determine the factual situation regarding the existence of elements of the crime of violent behavior at a sporting event or public meeting in accordance with article 344 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia.

After that, a decision will be made on the further course of the procedure, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner, as indicated in the announcement, RTS reports.
