The arrested Veljko Belivuk (36), also known as Velja Nevolja, played an important role in the “Kavac clan” of Montenegro. with whom it has formed a strong cooperation in recent years. Belivuk was practically the leader of the Belgrade branch of this clan, whose main activity is the distribution of cocaine, and it is obvious that he did not want to stop there either, but planned to merge it with a group led by Darko Elez to form the most dangerous clan in Serbia

Before long, Belivuk became very close to the leaders of the “Kavač clan”, Slobodan Kašćelan and Radoje Zvicer, with whom he worked closely. How much they were strengthened at one point and felt untouchably great is shown by their meeting in Montenegro, which took place just days before the Big Hand of Trouble was handcuffed.

At the end of January, Belivuk and his “right hand” Marko Miljković Mare flew to Tivat, where they were greeted by Zvicer and his security. They did not hide, they did not sneak into Montenegro, nor did they try to be as inconspicuous as possible. On the contrary, they were in Zvicer’s armored vehicle, accompanied by security. Even Miljković, Belivuk and Zvicer were detained in Montenegro at one point for an informational conversation, and were later released. They stayed on the coast for a few days and then Miljković and Belivuk returned to Belgrade by plane. It was revealed that their liquidation was planned in Tivat, the shooters were arrested, and the two were summoned for an informational conversation immediately after landing in Serbia. A few days later, they “fell” in a large police action against a criminal organization led by 20 other members of the group.

Belivuk’s role in the “Kavac clan” was to distribute drugs in Serbia, but also to do the dirtiest jobs. It is suspected that Velja Nevolja and her team solved many liquidations of the rivals of the “Kavač clan”. They are suspected of being behind several kidnappings in Belgrade, but also liquidations. Velja Nevolja is linked to the murder of Aleksandar Šarc in the Belgrade shopping center parking lot, as well as to the liquidation of Bojan Mirković, who was close to rivals Velja Šarc and Lazar Vukićević, who also lost all trace last year. .

How did the cooperation between Belivuk and the “Kavač clan” come about?

Immediately after the separation of Slobodan Kašćelan and Radoje Zvicer from the once unique “scall clan” and the formation of a new “kavač clan”, the leaders of this group decided to go to mafia warfare, fight for market supremacy clandestine and drugged and delivered the first blow that marked the beginning of a bloody fight. Before “throwing down the gauntlet” and killing Goran Radoman, a former close collaborator and member of the “scammers”, Kašćelan and Zvicer sought support and cooperation with all the strongest criminal groups in Montenegro. According to operational data, support for the new clan was provided by a criminal group gathered around Darko Šarić, who later ended up behind bars. Immediately after Saric’s team, the “bar” group joined the clan, followed by the Saranovic crime clan. Slobodan Sharanovic and Roganovic.

As the “scalping” clan grew stronger in the Serbian underground, the “kavački” clan also sought partners among our criminals. In recent years, certain fanatic groups in the capital have taken the lead in selling drugs and have shown strength “around every corner”, and the “coffee growers” soon realized that it was in their best interest to cooperate with the most dangerous among them. . Therefore, last year, this clan started close cooperation with Veljko Belivuk and the partisan fan group “Principi” (formerly “Janjičari”), which he leads. Belivuk took over the “Janissaries” after the assassination of Aleksandar Stanković named Sale Mutavi.

The criminal organization led by Nevolja is suspected of numerous criminal acts, among which are the most horrible: kidnapping, torture and murder. They are suspected of being behind the numerous kidnappings of men in Belgrade. An extensive investigation against this clan is still underway.

It remains to be seen whether the “Kavac clan” will now seek new partners in Serbia, or whether the remnants of Velja’s criminal and “fanatic” group will be managed by someone else, while Belivuk is behind bars.
