Six shell casings were found and more are suspected to have been fired. In addition to the chest injuries, the fan also has thigh injuries – says the source, adding that this is the third armed attack against Alajbegović since the beginning of this year.
His friend was killed, then buried
Aleksandar Halabrin, a friend of Nenad Alajbegović, who also witnessed his injuries in January, also in New Belgrade, was killed two months later and buried near Sopot. – Halabrin was kidnapped, tortured, beaten and beheaded. He was found in a shallow grave completely naked and wrapped in a bag, says the source and recalls that Halabrin, who is from the vicinity of Pancevo, also moved in fanatical circles.
– He was wounded in January, then in June. Five months have passed since the last attack, and it is obvious that the attackers were waiting for him to recover from those injuries, and then attack again. It is suspected that the same team is behind these shootings, meaning that Alibeg has had a problem with the same team for years – says the source.
– Although at first it was suspected that someone wanted to warn Alajbegović, the persistence of the attackers and the increasingly frequent waits indicate that this is not a classic warning, but that someone wants to kill him. Investigators are working to determine why, and their work is hampered by the fact that the victim does not want to cooperate.

Hurting Alibeg is another in a series of crimes that since the beginning of the year has been linked to clashes between fan groups, but also to a new criminal clan, which is becoming increasingly brutal. – The possibility that he also resents the new clan that is devastating Belgrade is not ruled out – said the source and added: – In recent months, a furious war of fanatics broke out in the streets, several of them disappeared, some were murdered, and supposedly the same team is behind it all.
Let us remind you that Alibeg has been well known to the police since childhood. He was arrested for the first time at the age of 12 and sentenced to 16 years. It was put in connection with drug-related matters.
