“We did everything possible to get the schools ready for the first day of the new school year, and I think it will be. According to all our reports, all the schools are completely ready to work,” the Secretary of State for the Ministry told Tanjug. of Education, Dusan Kicovic.
He stated that all school principals received instructions from experts on what to do in case of coronavirus in educational institutions.
“This means a room for a child who will be isolated at that time. In addition, there is a person who will be in contact with the school dispensary belonging to the Health Center, so we count that the schools will also be ready in that sense,” he added Kićović.
On the first day of the new school year, the first class will be dedicated to covid infection, but the corona virus will also be discussed in classes, civics, biology, physical education and for health.
Due to the corona virus epidemic, classes will last 30 minutes and students will be required to come to school with masks, while visors are provided for those who cannot wear masks due to illness.
On the recommendation of the crisis staff for the repression of Kovid 19, classes with more than 15 students are divided into two groups.
By the way, 97 percent of parents decided that their children should attend school, and only three percent said they wanted their children to stay home and attend distance classes.
For students whose parents have decided to follow the lessons from home, the assessment must be at school and those students will come to school to check their knowledge at the scheduled time.
