“Three babies will receive a donation of 300 thousand dinars each”

“One, the first baby is this boy, who was born here in Narodni Front hospital. There is a girl who was born shortly after in the Hospital of the Clinical Center, and also in ‘Dragiša Mišović’ we have a baby, a girl, who was also born after midnight, “says Radojicic.

The statistics, however, are tough
Still, the statistics are stark. Last year, more than 2.7 percent fewer babies were born in Serbia than in 2019.
To change that, the government announces that it will soon introduce new incentives for mothers and children.
“We have set aside, the Government, additional money, so that, as much as what is happening to us with the pandemic, it seems depressing, to create additional circumstances and additional stimulus for both new marriages and new children,” said Ratko Dmitrovic, Minister of Care. on family and demographics.
A new resident of the southern province arrived at the maternity hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica only around noon. Both the mother and the child are fine.
