A city bus caught fire in the center of Niška Banja today at around 1:40 pm and fortunately, before the torch, all the passengers got out of the vehicle. Only the bus driver, who received medical attention in the ambulance, fell ill.
– He inhaled the smoke, but the man got sick from the event itself, so he was examined and there was no need to take him to the Clinical Center for diagnosis – we were told in the Emergency Room.
Some people from Nis say that the public transport vehicle caught fire on its own, although some say that something was previously heard to break.
The fire can also be seen in the pictures, and it engulfed the middle part of the bus and created thick white smoke that blew throughout the spa and upset some citizens. The damage is certainly measured in tens of thousands of dinars.
– The fire has not yet been extinguished, it is only localized. There are three vehicles and six firefighters in the field, police told us.
As we were told, the investigation will show the cause of the fire.
