The incident that occurred last night after 11 pm in Vracar, on Velimira Bate Živojinovića street, was preceded by an argument between several young people.
As the media wrote yesterday, several masked assailants allegedly broke into a Vracar cafe and beat the 20-year-old MB with batons, but he was not admitted to the Emergency Center as was the original information, the health institution confirmed to “Blic”.
According to the story of citizens living near the bar where the fight took place, anonymous Serbian club fans allegedly caused the incident.
– We listened to soft music, it wasn’t too loud, and then someone ran down the street. This morning we saw that it was the police. We heard that some fans were there and that they broke everything in the bar – said the neighbors.
Blic reporters found traces of blood just outside the cafe’s front door, as well as bloody handkerchiefs scattered on the concrete. Glasses of broken glasses and bottles can be found in front of this restaurant, which opens only in the late afternoon.
– It’s strange that someone is making incidents here, it has never happened before. The bosses and workers are friendly and most of the guests come here all the time, possibly sometimes a space is rented to celebrate the birthday, the neighbors added.
