Dušica Trajković (32) from Leskovac passed away a few hours after undergoing a curettage at Leskovac’s private gynecological practice “Vukadinović”. The death occurred just a few hours after the intervention that Dušica, otherwise the mother of a three-year-old son, had to perform on the advice of a gynecologist due to the problem she had with a herniated disc. The intervention was carried out according to, as stated by her husband Vladimir, the recommendation of the gynecologist MV, after which Dušica was discharged. – We did not ask why in a private office, we paid for the exam and went out, although Dušica was still groggy from the anesthesia – says the husband.

After the intervention, he went home.

Throughout the event, her husband Vladimir Trajković, her brother Milan Kostić and her sister believe that it is a matter of negligence of the doctors who performed the intervention.

– We arrived at the consultation around 7 in the afternoon, because we were waiting for the anesthesiologist with the intervention, which lasted between half an hour and 40 minutes, and we left around 7 in the afternoon and 20 minutes. We left the office immediately after the intervention and they told us that we went to bed and got up only after two hours – says her husband Vladimir, although the report on the intervention, which was available to the editorial staff of the Stava portal, says that Dušica He spent two hours lying down after the surgery in the office.

She went to the bathroom, then she collapsed

He states that proof of the time they left the office can certainly be found in the security camera of the nearby pharmacy, where they went through the recommended medications.

– She was lying at home on the doctor’s recommendation and after two hours she went to the bathroom and collapsed. I immediately called the ambulance and his brother. I heard they gave him an anti-suffocation injection. In the Emergency Center, they told us that she died on the way to the hospital and that they tried resuscitation – said Vladimir, visibly upset. He states that no examination was carried out in Dušica prior to the intervention.

– If something of the analysis had been done, I would have had to have that role, because I would have had to pay for it, it is a private practice. There is no such role – he says.

She changed her complexion

The autopsy was carried out the next day, February 24, ex officio, says the sister of the late Dušica, adding that, although they have unofficial information, they still want to wait for the official finding and then talk about it.

– The color of her face was such that we thought she was already dead at the door, before that she only told me: “Friend, I had a feeling about this, take care of my son”, and she closed her eyes – Brother Milan said to the portal.
