Epidemiologist and crisis staff member Dr. Predrag Kon is a guest on Kurir Television’s “Pulse of Serbia” program.
Following this morning’s Crisis Staff meeting, Dr. Kon talks about epidemiological measures, vaccines, home tests, children’s masks, and other current issues.
“These measures are quite restrictive, the curve is going down day by day, but it goes slowly. Let’s say that in Belgrade it never falls below 1,200, which I expected by the end of this week,” Dr. Kon said at the beginning.
“We are still waiting for the number of patients in intensive care to decrease, especially with ventilators.”
“When the pressure on hospitals starts to ease, we will feel more secure. So it makes sense to talk about concessions. Relaxing measures cannot be next.”
