After the UN (35) arrest of Trstenik, who was taken into custody on suspicion of raping a 19-year-old fellow citizen in a gas station bathroom in late October, several other young men reported that he assaulted them!
The sexual predator was exposed and detained after being denounced by the last victim, a 19-year-old young man, and according to the information from “Blic”, the material evidence confirmed the allegations of the raped young man.
The investigation established that NU and the 19-year-old had known each other before, but were not close friends. On Friday, the penultimate day of October, they met at a gas station in Trstrenik. They both refueled.
– The suspect suggested to the 19-year-old that they sit down in a cafe at the gas station, have coffee, and apologize. Unaware of the evil that awaited him, the young man agreed: “Blic” learns from a source familiar with the investigation.
Their meeting, conversation over coffee was recorded by security cameras and everything seemed normal. At one point, the young man went to the bathroom, which he also recorded by video surveillance. Surveillance cameras also recorded the suspect’s exit to the bathroom, a minute after the young man.
– NU ordered the young man to enter the cabin. The young man tried to oppose him, but the rapist pushed him into the hut and hit him several times in the stomach. He threatened to hurt him even more if she didn’t give herself to him. In the end, he asked the young man to satisfy him orally, and when he finished cheating, he ordered the 19-year-old to be quiet about everything – adds our interlocutor.
Although he told the sexual abuser that he would not report him, the young man dared and went to the police. The young man was examined and material evidence was found confirming his allegations of rape. By order of the prosecutor, the UN suspect was arrested. He denied the violation to the prosecutor and, later, the investigating judge ordered his detention for up to 30 days.
According to our newspaper, suspect N. U, considered a local Kabadahi, prone to harassing the weak, gathered around him young people who allegedly “finished some work” for him. However, after their arrest, a story circulated in Trstenik that most of these young people were forced by the UN to have oral sex and that they kept silent for fear of reprisals.
– Meanwhile, some other young people reported that they were allegedly raped by the UN. The boys were afraid of the rapist and when one dared to report him, they also cheered up. At this time, we cannot even guess how many young people he attacked, or if there may be minors among his victims – says the interlocutor of “Blic” of the investigation.
This sexual predator has been in prison multiple times so far. Nine years ago, he was arrested for attempting to kill a fellow AM citizen when he fired an illegal hunting rifle. He was convicted for that act, but also for endangering the safety of public traffic. At age 20, in the 2004 election campaign, he is suspected of attacking two activists of the Democratic Party of Serbia in a cafe in the village of Tobolac, near Trstenik. That is, the IV police searched for him on suspicion that DSS activists GL and V. A were first threatened with firearms, beaten, thrown into a car, and then even fired at a car.
The DSS activists later claimed that the perpetrators were not told which party they belonged to, but that they “were with the radicals.” Tomislav Nikolic, SRS’s candidate for the presidency of Serbia that year, even defended NU and IV, stating that “GL and VA insulted the owner of the cafe, or the president of the local SRS Veluca board, and that the guests of the cafe NU and IV V reacted, they were not members of the SRS, and that there was a fight in which a gunshot was heard ”.
