Today, 7,606 new infected with the virus were registered, while the number of patients in Serbian cities clearly shows the phenomenon of spills from the capital to the rest of Serbia, which was discussed by epidemiologist Dr. Predrag Kon.

Belgrade still has the highest number of infected people, but not in the drastic percentage as before.

The number of 2,196 infected in the capital still stands out on this infamous list and is roughly four times higher than Novi Sad’s “second-ranked”, with 502 new cases registered in the last 24 hours.

Third on the list is Kragujevac with 290 new cases, then Nis with 247.

From fifth place down, cities have fewer than 200 infected, so 199 people have been infected in Kraljevo in the last 24 hours.

In sixth place on this list is Pancevo with 184 new cases. This city has recently reached the top of this list, so everyone is closely following the development of the situation in this settlement near the capital.

In seventh place is Čačak, where 158 positives were registered, followed by Smederevo with 139 new cases. Another 116 new cases were recorded in Subotica and 104 in Valjevo.

Then there are the cities where fewer than 100 people have been infected. So yesterday in Backa Palanka and Zajecar 98 new infected were registered, in Zrenjanin 93, in Sabac 86 and in Becej 85.

Bor has 80 new cases, Krusevac 77 and Vrbas 71. In other cities, fewer than 70 cases have been registered.

Let us remind you, in the last 24 hours in Serbia, 21,569 people were tested for the corona virus, 7,606 of them tested positive, while sadly 51 people died.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and the Institute “Trampoline”, there are 243 patients with respirators in health institutions throughout Serbia.

The black crown records that Serbia is breaking day by day. So yesterday we tested 22,231 people, of which 7,579 tested positive, while sadly 41 people died. Yesterday, the number of people with respirators did not drop: 223, the day before we had 225, which is the most so far since the beginning of the corona virus epidemic in our country.
