Today an emergency situation was declared in Novi Sad due to the worsening of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the infectious disease kovid-19.
The decision was made in the session of the Municipal Headquarters for Emergency Situations in order to implement operational measures to protect the safety of life and health of the population in the territory of the City.
– The decision to declare a state of emergency is an instrument by which the City creates the conditions so that all resources are available on the city’s territory in the required capacity – announced the City.
It is an integrated form of organization and management of the subjects of the system, in order to support the implementation of operational measures to combat the spread and consequences of the infectious disease kovid-19.
The orders and acts of the City Emergency Situations Headquarters approved so far remain in force, and the City Emergency Situations Headquarters also called on the public to adhere to the measures adopted to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
