It is a simple cake with bananas and biscuits that is ready literally in 15 minutes, and at the same time it is very refreshing and light. Nice!
Ingredients needed:
- a box of classic shortbread cookies
- 6 banana
- half a liter of sweet sour cream
- 200 grams of sugar
- 200 ml milk
Chop the bananas as finely as possible or mash them well, then add the sweet sour cream and sugar and mix well. While stirring the mixture, add a little milk little by little, until everything turns and a compact filling.
Dip the tops of the cookies in the milk and then place them on a baking sheet. When you arrange it, pour the resulting banana filling over it and then top it with cookies. Order this way until you have used up all the material, or until you get the height of the cake you want. The last layer should be a creamy filling.
Decorate the cake with grated chocolate, whipped cream or banana rings. Leave in the fridge for at least three hours, and preferably overnight!
