The billboard that appeared in Niksic carries a message that refers to Bran Micunovic, one of the most powerful people in Montenegro, and is addressed to the citizens of that country.

“Is it enough for you that one thing applies to you and the other to Brana? That’s enough for us too!”

Citizens we contacted say that the message is clear, and the name mentioned refers to the controversial businessman Bran Mićunović.
