BELGRADE – The most expensive square meter of an apartment sold in Serbia during the third quarter was in “Belgrade on water” and it cost 9,013 euros, and 883,8 thousand euros were reserved for that apartment, which was the most expensive paid in this period, according to the report on the real estate market published today by the Geodetic Authority of the Republic.
The first seven most expensive apartments in Serbia during this period it was sold in Belgrade on the water.
For apartments in old buildings, the maximum amount, 4.3 thousand euros, was paid per square meter of an apartment in Vracar, while the most expensive apartment was sold at the price of 1.4 million euros in the municipality of Stari grad from Belgrade.
The most expensive square meter of office space was sold in Kopaonik, and the price was 7,168 euros, while the most expensive office space, which changed ownership by more than one million euros, was on the boulevard Južni in Vračar .
The most expensive garage space of 3.33 thousand euros and the most expensive garage space of 90,000 euros per 27 m2 in this period were sold in Kopaonik, while in the price of land for industrial construction record amounts were reached in Šimanovci ( 110 square euros) and in Novi Sad where the 3.8 hectare complex cost 960,000 euros.
The most expensive house was sold on Brzakova Street in Savski Venac and cost 1.15 million euros.
The highest price per square meter of agricultural land was registered in Novi Sad, where it reached 25 euros in Kać, and the highest price agreed was in Kula, that is, Ruski Krstur, when 102 hectares were sold for 1.3 million of euros.
