The “Beer Fest Bar” musical event will premiere at Ada Ciganlija from Friday to Sunday, September 13, where popular names in rock and pop music will perform, organizers announced.

The three-day mini-festival is actually a reduced edition of the Beer Fest in Usce, which this year, due to the pandemic and the whole situation, could not be held in its original format, but this is part of the “Cloud Ada” project , which will have a sequel. Sunday as the final night was determined for the pop rock genre with the bands Neverne bebe and Kiki and Piloti.
“Bebe” did not play for a long time due to the whole situation around Covid 19 and this will be their first meeting with Belgrade since January, while on Valentine’s Day they played in Pancevo for the tenth time, as a true tradition.
During the pandemic, they released a new single and video “Take me from here”, as another preparation for the new eighth album, which will be released at the end of the year, with the premiere of a three-part documentary for RTS about 25 years of race.
Zoran Kiki Lesendrić will soon release a new album with the backing band “Pilots” for PGP RTS, often performing in the capital, at solo concerts or festivals Beer fest, Beer Garden, with big hits “Forgotten” (from the film and the series) or “Like a bird in my palm”.
In addition to well-known rock and pop names, the Wonder Strings string ensemble as well as the Belgrade Soul Sextet will participate in the Cloud ADA event.
The first formation of the string quartet consists of Mirjana Nešković, first violin, Aleksandra Popović, second violin, Ivana Uzelac, viola and Danijela Milutinović, cello, and the artists often have guest colleagues, with harp, flute and percussion.
The girls collaborated with many rock and pop stars such as Sara Jo, Jelena Tomašević, Ana Stanić, Miško Plavi, jazz singer Katarina Kačunković, ethno and pop authors Aleksandar Sanja Ilić and Balkanika.
In its rich repertoire, women’s musical sensibilities nurture pop-rock, Latin, jazz, ethno, and world music genres, as well as film music.
Belgrade Soul Sextet was formed in 2017 by trumpet teacher Nikola Mijajlović, while Nenad Ljubenović, accordion teacher, Dr. Stevan Bata Kovačević, double bass teacher, pianist Bojan Mladenović, percussionist Dmitri Ivanilov and vocalist Dr. Jelena Jakovljević are with him .
The aim of their concerts is to introduce the public to traditional European and Balkan music through original arrangements.
Admission to the Cloud ADA event is free with a drink, the number of tables and seats is limited, with the prescribed distance between visitors.
