One person was injured and treated in the Leskovac Ambulance after an incident that occurred around 9 in the morning this morning in the area of the Health Center, in which two employees participated. The police say they are working on the case, while the director of the Health Center says that the cameras recorded everything and hopes that the police will do their part of the work.
The PP ambulance driver and the head of the SS vehicle fleet were involved in the incident, confirms the director of the Slaviša Božić Health Center, and the driver, who only had a year left until retirement, called the doctors with multiple injuries. He claims that his superior attacked him with a hammer and pliers.
– My lip is broken, my left thigh is swollen, I also have wounds on my arm with which I defended myself. I informed the boss that there was a fuel leak in the hose of the car with which I was transporting the doctors and nurses. He started yelling at me, the service technicians weren’t repairing our vehicles and he started wrecking the car. He said I was irresponsible, cursed me and attacked me after the argument. He hit me several times, says Leskovac resident of Južne Vesti.
The incident was reported to the police and, as they say, work is in progress and they will have more information during the day.
– The Prosecutor’s Office has not yet been informed, we are working on the case, we have a denounced fact – says the police by Južne vesti.
The director of the Health Center confirms that the incident occurred, but says he cannot comment on what exactly happened.
– The vehicle fleet manager and the driver participated, that is. We have everything in security camera footage, the police will do their part. There was no fight, the incident is in question. I cannot comment, an incident has been reported and we will have internal control – says Božić.
He says there was a discussion and that the investigation will explain what exactly happened.
