One of the most difficult issues in the Belgrade-Pristina negotiations, the property issue, has come to the Brussels table, RTS claims, adding that both parties claim the right, but the material evidence is on the side of Serbia.

RTS claims that Belgrade produces water and energy, and Pristina only delivers it to consumers and collects revenue.
