A close relative of Milan N. (21), suspected of raping and harassing a young man (19) from Pancevo with Nikola M. (21), killed his fellow citizen for pure obscenity only three years ago and then tried to rape his friend.
As “Novosti” wrote, Milan’s cousin Ivan N. was then angry at his fellow citizen Jon Mezimka, supposedly because he did not want to give him a cigarette, and after the crime he went to a tavern in cold blood.
According to Politika, he was convicted of four criminal offenses in 2018 – murder, attempted rape, robbery and causing minor injuries – but he committed the other two offenses in October 2017 and will spend the next 20 years in prison. .
Despite the fact that he had 4.5 per thousand alcohol in his blood at the time of the crime, both courts determined that his ability to manage the process “was reduced, but not significantly.”
– That day, Novakov arrived at the house of the now deceased Jon Mezinka, knocked on the front door, and when the wounded man opened it, he asked for a cigarette. After Mezinka told him that he was not there and that he was not disturbed, he tried to close the door. However, Novakov pushed his foot between the threshold and the door, smashed the glass in the front door with his head, shoved it, and entered the house. He pushed Mezinka into the hall, pulled out a knife, and began stabbing him in the body. Mezinka died shortly after from the injuries he sustained, the verdict says.
Dragica J. was also at the house where the tragedy occurred, and came to seek the advice of Mezinko’s father, who was a lawyer. Novakov, as he told the police after the bloody party, after he killed Mezinka, he put a knife under her throat and threatened to kill her if she moved, and then led her to another room.

He ran to the first neighbor and called the police, and meanwhile Ivan went to the cafe where he ordered another drink.
