The Serbian list announced that if the Union of Serbian Municipalities is not formed.

Tahiri, an adviser to former Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga, also said that the fall of the Avdulah Hoti government would mean new elections, and new elections would delay dialogue until a new government is formed in Pristina.

“Hoti’s government may fall because it depends on 10 votes in Parliament from the Serbian list, and the country will go to early parliamentary elections. That means that the dialogue in Brussels will stop until the formation of a new government,” said Tahiri .

However, he believes that the boycott of the Serbian List, which did not give the Pristina government a deadline to comply with its demands, will not help the Government and Parliament take the decision on the formation of the JCC, because Serbian parliamentarians they have no such influence.

At the same time, he adds, “there is no government or parliament that can adopt something in Pristina without respecting the opinion of the Kosovo Constitutional Court.”

Therefore, Tahiri believes that, as he says, tensions along that line will continue so that the JCC is not formed in the foreseeable future and the Serbian people will not be able to renew the parallel structures of government.
