Milovan Tadic and Boris Karapanzic are among the arrested members of Veljko Belivuk’s criminal group Velja Nevolja, KRIK confirmed. The two are currently on trial in the Belgrade courts and have been convicted of various crimes: drug trafficking, carrying weapons and violent behavior. Karapandzic was photographed at the 2018 World Cup in the company of Danilo Vucic, son of the President of Serbia.

Among Belivuk’s associates who were arrested this morning are Milovan Tadić and Boris Karapandžić, whom KRIK previously wrote about as members of the criminal group of fanatics “Janjičari”. Both have been previously convicted of various crimes.
Tadic, who worked as a security technician for Serbian radio and television, was previously convicted of illegally carrying weapons. He is currently on trial before the Belgrade High Court which, as a member of the security of the “Tilt” club, in 2015 inflicted serious bodily injuries on guest Slobodan Vukić, from whom he later passed away. After security members expelled Vukić from the club, Tadić kicked him in the stomach. The boy became ill and an ambulance came looking for him and he died two weeks later in the hospital. The trial in this case began in 2018, and although it seemed to be coming to an end, the judge ordered a new expert opinion, which has been expected for more than a year.
Tadic defended himself for freedom and, while the trial was unfolding, he was arrested for drugs in August 2018. He was arrested with his partner Bojan Zivanov, who took the blame for the drugs found. Zivanov was convicted and Tadic was released late last year.
Interestingly, Tadic regularly came to the courtroom in support of Belivuk, who was tried for assisting in the murder of Vlastimir Milosevic. Belivuk also returned attention and appeared in the courtroom when the police officers who arrested Tadic testified against him.
Boris Karapandzic, known as Karapandza, Boki or Jimmy, also attended the trials to support Belivuk. Karapandzic was a fan of Red Star, but later joined Partizan’s “Janissaries” fan group.
Karapandzic was convicted in June 2013 of selling drugs: police found about 40 grams of heroin in his Miljakovac apartment, as well as a mixture of caffeine, paracetamol and a measuring scale.
Karapandzic was involved with Belivuk in one of the first incidents where this group is mentioned: the dismantling of the “Hollywood” cafe owned by former fan leader Aleksandar Vavic.
Four were convicted for this fact: Karapandzic was sentenced to three years in prison, while Belivuk seized the opportunity, that is, he paid money for humanitarian purposes and escaped punishment.
Karapandzic was also sentenced to seven months in prison for carrying a weapon.
When Belivuk was arrested in February 2017 for participating in Milosevic’s murder, Karapandzic was with him in a cafe and was later detained. On the same occasion, Aleksandar Vidojević, aka Aca Rošavi, was with them at the cafe and was also taken to the police. Vidojevic was also a member of the “Janissaries”, and the police marked him as a member of the Kavac criminal clan.
Karapandzic and Vidojevic were involved in another incident: the demolition of the “Committee” club at the Concrete Hall in October 2018.
The two were photographed a few months before the events in the “Committee” in the company of the son of the President of Serbia, Danilo Vučić, at the World Cup, cheering together.
Vidojevic was in the company of the young Vucic at least three more times, and the president never explained their relationship to the public. Read more about it here.
In addition to their closeness to the president’s son, KRIK revealed that the group also had ties to the Serbian police. One of them was the gendarme Nenad Vuckovic, with whom Belivuk and other members of the group were seen cheering together.
It is recalled that the police arrested 17 people, including Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković. It marked Belivuka as the leader of a criminal group suspected of murder, kidnapping and drug trafficking. Read more in the special news.
