One of the leaders of the Kavač crime clan, Radoje Zvicer from Kotor, was in the company of Veljko Belivuk, named Veljko Nevolja, and Marko Miljković from Belgrade, when the Kotor police detained them on Monday afternoon and then brought them in for a conversation. informative, writes the Montenegrin “Vijesti”.
As these are interesting people in security matters, the police, after a detailed search, arrested Zvicer, Belivuk and Miljković, but since they found nothing suspicious in them, after questioning them about the movement, they were released.
– These persons of concern to security were interviewed and a detailed control was carried out. There were no grounds for arrest or deprivation of liberty – said the interlocutor of “Vijesti” from the top of the Police Directorate.
Cooperation between the Kavač clan and the Velja Nevolje group
As “Blic” wrote earlier, Veljko Belivuk has been working closely with the Kavac clan for over a year. When a new Kavac clan was formed immediately after the disintegration of the only scalping clan, the group’s leaders began looking for associates in the region.
In recent years, some fan groups in the capital have taken the lead in selling narcotics and have shown their strength “around every corner”, and the people of Kavča soon realized that the best thing for them was cooperate with the most dangerous among them.
Therefore, last year, this clan started close cooperation with Veljko Belivuk and the Partizan fan group “Janjičari”, which he leads.
Belivuk took over the “Janissaries” after the assassination of Aleksandar Stanović, alias Sale Mutavi. The murder of Salet Mutavi in the center of Belgrade raised a lot of dust underground in Belgrade. As said after the crime, a few minutes before the murder, Stanković was in the gym, so he had a drink with his friend Veljko Nevolja and Milorad Đurić, at that time the Central Prison guard.
Along with Belivuk, a prominent member of this group of “fans” is, as we discovered, Marko Miljković Mare, who was also with Belivuk this time during his visit to Zvicer.
Interestingly, iljković was the godfather of karate fighter Vlastimir Milošević, who was killed in late 2017 in Belgrade. Velja Nevolja was a suspect in this liquidation, while Milković was arrested for complicity in this crime.
Milosevic and Miljkovic were in a fight months before the crime, according to unofficial information, because of the security work they were doing. During that time, Marko got close to Velja Nevolja.
Zvicer shot in Ukraine
Zvicer, who has been identified as one of the leaders of the Kavac clan, was seriously wounded at the end of May last year in Ukraine, in an elite area of Kiev, when a group of murderers from Montenegro and Serbia shot him in the street. while I was running. Later, Zvicer was shot several times in the chest, but recovered after the operation.
Certain deaths that afternoon in Kiev, he was saved by his wife Tamara Zvicer, who, according to local media, ran out of the building and shot the attackers with a pistol, thus forcing them to flee …
During a police chase at the other end of the country, two days later, Montenegrins Emil Tuzovic (30) and Stefan Djukic (30) and Serbian citizens Milan Brankovic (31) and Petar Jovanovic (46) were arrested. A Kiev police official was arrested on suspicion of providing logistical support and information. Ukrainian journalists wrote that the group allegedly received more than half a million euros for killing Zvicer.
Alongside the investigation of the assassination attempt, the Ukrainian police opened a financial investigation against the Zwitzer couple, who have companies there, on suspicion that they tried to put the illegally earned money into legal channels.
