No one in Serbia even reported the news from Germany, where leading doctors and scientists from around the world founded the World Federation of Physicians, which claims that the danger of the corona virus is exaggerated or abused.
Serbia is the best example of such abuse of the so-called pandemic because members of the unofficial crisis staff, with the help of the media, are literally driving citizens crazy with contradictions.
Last week, a member of Vučić’s private crisis staff, Dr. Predrag Kon, said: “If we don’t want to wear masks, we will have to close.” And then specifically: “Wear masks or closure Belgrade.” and curfew. “
Every literate person, when reading something like this, cannot help but wonder: Who are you, Dr. Kon and your colleagues from the so-called Crisis Personnel, to close Belgrade?
And the capital with all its inhabitants is your property?
According to what regulation or law determines the mandatory protection measures against the coronavirus and according to what legal regulations determine the punishment for those who do not trust you and do not respect your decisions?
In the six months since you declared a pandemic where there is no place or epidemic, have you ever shown citizens an official certificate or document or instructions on what kind, out of a small million masks to wear, which masks you guarantee will be effective? and how they are used.
For you, the mask can be an ordinary fabric, it is only important that it be bandaged.
That insistence on any mask, as well as the obligation of the vaccine that someone has yet to make, shows that you, crisis personnel, are doing business with a pandemic, you simply do not have enough skill to hide it.
You and your colleagues, Dr. Kon, are members of the private crisis staff of the unconstitutional ruler of Serbia.
He gathered you, he, although he was not authorized, gave you unconstitutional powers and is your supreme commander of the pandemic.
We all still remember that March 15th, when the thief of the Serbian Constitution, on behalf of the state he captured, promoted his Crisis Team and when Dr. Nestorović said that what he heard was the most ridiculous virus in history.
In fact, he wanted to say, and he was right, that this was the funniest pandemic ever.
Because what is the global danger to human health, when in a country of seven million inhabitants, only one person out of several hundred infected dies in a day.
It has been known since time immemorial that a pandemic is declared when mortality reaches 10% of the number of infected.
Therefore, the crisis staff was not established by any legally competent state institution of Serbia, because it does not exist.
Of the state bodies, there is only the thief of the Constitution.
Only he and his government are important.
Therefore, I suggest to the Serbian Bar Association that, as the German lawyers did against their government and crisis headquarters, they initiate criminal proceedings on behalf of the citizens against domestic or foreign mercenaries of Vučić’s private crisis personnel for violating the Serbian constitution.
Because here is what is written in article 25 of the supreme legal act, entitled: “Inviolability of physical and mental integrity”, I quote: Physical and mental integrity is inviolable. No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, or to medical or scientific experiments, without their free consent. If the staff say that it is possible to deviate from the human rights guaranteed by the Constitution in the event of a state of emergency or war, the Constitution also denies them there. Article 202 says very well: “In no case will derogation measures be allowed with respect to the rights guaranteed by articles 23, 24, 25, etc. there is more. Its founder, ladies and gentlemen of the staff, stole the Constitution from the citizens, but did not repeal it, so they must not violate anyone’s constitutionally guaranteed human rights. And the fact that the authorities tolerate non-compliance with protective measures is a special story. And as long as there are untouchables, for which no law applies, the concern for the safety of the citizens of Serbia, referred to by Vučić’s crisis staff, is actually an excuse to limit human rights and freedoms. guaranteed by the Constitution.
