Political scientist Boban Stojanović today assessed that the appointment of former Prime Minister Ana Brnabić as the representative for the composition of the new government is an announcement of early elections.

Stojanovic claimed that the designated prime minister should be appointed in the first half of July.
“I’m pretty sure we’re not looking forward to all this because before it was not known who would be the prime minister and who would make up the ruling majority,” Stojanovic said, adding that all that has happened so far is simply “killing the public.”
He stated that the public does not yet know if the SPS and SPAS will be part of the government.
