According to the latest information, Aleksandar Šarac (36), who was injured yesterday in the garage of the New Belgrade shopping center, is still in serious condition.
– He is still in the intensive care unit and is in serious condition – they say by “Blic” from the Emergency Center.
According to Prva TV, both bullets are in Šarc’s head, but “Blic” was unable to obtain confirmation of this information. All the necessary diagnoses have been made and the doctors maintain their vital functions.
Sharac was injured in the parking lot of the mall garage around 4 p.m. yesterday. He was on his way to his car when, for now, an unknown assailant shot him twice in the head.
With serious injuries, he was immediately transferred to the Emergency Center, where he is still in serious condition.
According to some media, the attacker was wearing a red jacket, cap, and a surgical mask. He fired two shots at Sharca in the head and then fled on foot. During the escape, he dropped his gun while exiting the garage.
Aleksandar Šarac was already the target of a professional assassin when a shooting occurred in Banovo brdo on January 5, 2019, when Nebojsa Markovic, his son-in-law, was mistakenly killed. That day, Aleksandar was supposed to go to training, as he usually does at the time, but the killer replaced him with his son-in-law Nebojsa.
It later emerged that Alexander was followed by the professional assassin Chaba Der, who was responsible for several murders around the world. Der is in prison in Hungary.
