Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic said today that during the investigation of threatening messages written at the home of Vice President of the Freedom and Justice Party (SAA) Dejan Bulatovic, the police found certain evidence at the home of “a close friend “from Bulatovic and SAA member Zoran Radmilovic.

Stating that the police included “everything they have” in the clarification of the case, the minister said that 12 people were questioned in the first 24 hours and that only Radmilović refused the polygraph examination.

“The police entered his house in order and found a color that corresponds to that of the messages in Bulatović’s house, a brush whose thickness also corresponds to the thickness of the letters and a sweatshirt stained with that color. That man refused a polygraph examination, but also a graphological expertise, that is, to write something on paper so that the experts could compare it with the letters written at the home of the victim, ”said Stefanović.

He said Radmilović did not want to utter “a single word” or assist the investigation in any way.

“I will not qualify if someone is guilty, but these are very clear indications that what Bulatovic and Dragan Djilas said has nothing to do with the truth,” said the minister.

He assessed that the SAA tried to abuse the case to gain “some political points.”

“For two days, there was a story about how the SNS hordes attacked Bulatović, and then all of a sudden that story dies in the media and nobody mentions it anymore. It is obvious that they wanted to abuse this case ”, added the minister.

The vice president of the SPP, Bulatović, previously announced that the police had arrested his close friend Radmilović, because a painting was found in his house, which was characterized as being similar to the one with the threatening messages written in Bulatović’s house.

“They offered to admit that he did, in exchange for his release after confession. He refused and has not said a word to the police since. Meanwhile, they called me back to the police to give a statement, and on that occasion they offered me a polygraph test, which I accepted immediately, “Bulatović said.
