SOMBOR – Members of the Ministry of the Interior in Sombor arrested SM (1960) of Apatin on suspicion of committing the crime of endangering security.
The suspect is charged with breaking the rear windshield of a Hyundai passenger car in front of the COVID-19 Suppression Headquarters on Saturday night, according to a statement from the Interior Ministry.
The vehicle was driven by the president of the Apatin municipality, Dubravka Korać, acting on an anonymous report from citizens, and the incident was preceded by a verbal conflict between the wounded man and a thirty-five-year-old woman.
Suspect SM will be brought to the competent prosecutor’s office with a criminal report, while charges will be brought in regular proceedings against a 35-year-old woman suspected of the same act of endangering security.
