The Belgrade police arrested six members of the “Leviathan” group suspected of beating a person in early October, it was published on the website of the Belgrade First Basic Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the criminal report, suspects KB, SN, PM, TZ, BM and LU of “Leviathan” on October 2 at the corner of Milutina Uskokovića and Kosta Abraševića streets demanded the injured MB to say certain words while filming him with a camera phone, which he refused, after which he was beaten.

After that attack, the suspect KB telephoned the damaged MB on October 4, sending him various threats, demanding that he post a video on Facebook apologizing for the comment he left on that social network earlier about the activities of the “Leviathan” group.

They are charged with violent behavior and the KB suspects are also charged with compromising security.

After the hearing, the Prosecutor’s Office proposed that KB, PM, TZ, BM and LU remain in preventive detention due to circumstances that indicate that they would influence the witnesses and hinder the process, and in the case of KB, the risk of recidivism of the crime .
