Investigators suspect that the liquidations of Bojan Mirković on Thursday in Belleville and Aleksandar Šarc in October at the “Ušće” shopping center were related to the clan war, and that both were close to the “resellers”. Since the beginning of 2020, according to our source, the conflict between the two clans has reached unprecedented proportions, and from January to today, 10 men have been killed across Europe.
– The year started bloody. It’s the 17th in Belgrade. In January, Marko Vukovic, the godfather of alleged Kavac clan leader Radoje Zvicer, was assassinated. Two days later, “Kavcani” is suspected of retaliating and executing Igor Dedović, one of the leaders of the Skaljar clan, as well as his associate Stevan Stamatović in Athens. The source explains and continues:
– In May, an assassination attempt on Radoje Zvicer was attempted in Kiev, but the killers failed, so he recovered. In July another hit for “resellers” followed.
Damir Hadzic and Alan Kozar, who were allegedly involved in organizing Zvicer’s murder, were shot dead in Corfu. As our source reveals, the war is ending, so competitors, in addition to leaders and high-ranking members, have begun to deal with members of lower-ranking criminal groups.
– The murdered Šarac and Mirković allegedly purchased cars for the murders and provided logistics with the missing Lazar Vukićević and the murdered Damir Hadžić, says an investigation source.
Aleksandar Vučić, president of Serbia, said that “the mafia is connected with some of the state, as well as that it is a big confrontation between criminal groups that the state will stop.”
“Obviously, spirits were stirred after the assassination attempt in Kiev,” Vučić said the day before yesterday at the press conference. Criminologist Zlatko Nikolic says that it is not news that organized crime and certain state structures are connected.
– It is no secret that gangsters finance certain politicians, policemen, judges. In the world of crime, a lot of money is spent, which must be laundered, says Nikolić, while Božidar Spasić, a former DB operative, believes that the mafia mainly cooperates with local officials and officials.
– Mayors, local police and politicians receive gifts and bribes from criminals for certain services. Thus, criminals buy cheaper plots, gas stations, hotels, restaurants and become legal, says Spasić, explaining that blood revenge is involved in the Kotor clan conflict, just as they are mobile gangsters.
– They extend to more territories. They are not stationed in one place, but instead go from state to state and set up their branches everywhere, he said.

How it all started
The first murder in New Belgrade!
The war between the Kavač and Šklajar clans began in late 2014 in Valencia, when some 300 kilograms of cocaine disappeared from the apartment. Until then, the only clan of Kotor was divided in two. The first to pay with his head for the disappearance of cocaine was the “climber” Goran Radoman. It was liquidated in February 2015, three months after the disappearance of cocaine, in the garage of a building in New Belgrade. Approximately 50 people have died since then, and there have been innocent and accidental victims.

Responsible police if something happens to me
The Montenegrin media have repeatedly written about the cooperation of certain police officers and state structures in that country with the Kavač clan, and Jovan Vukotić, the alleged leader of the Skaljar clan, also spoke about it. He repeatedly pointed out “that there are criminals with a badge, who report their movements.” – From now on, if something happens to me, my family and friends will hold the police directly responsible – Vukotić told Vijesti of Podgorica after his liquidation was prevented on October 21.
