The question for Minister Lončar was whether he would start reviewing the data on coronavirus deaths and whether he would offer his resignation as a moral act.

Today, President Aleksandar Vučić visited the construction sites of a new kovid hospital at the “Zemun ekonomija” Military Complex in Batajnički drum bb in Belgrade.

During statements to the media, the H1 journalist asked Minister Lončar about the statement by epidemiologist Predrag Kon, which shocked the public in Serbia, and that three times more people died for the crown than was officially announced.

His question to Minister Loncar was whether he would begin to review the data and whether he would offer his resignation as a moral act.

The journalist sent the question to Zlatibor Loncar, who also attended the tour of the works today, but the president wanted to answer that question in person, saying: “Here I am going to answer both questions.”

That gave the journalist a reason to ask. “Are you the Minister of Health?“, to which the President replied:

It’s been a long time since you said that I’m everything, no, I’m not the Minister of Health, I’m Aleksandar Vučić, and you seem to be in charge of everything, and when the mall opens and closes, I love your questions. I was sure you would come up with some creative question, I wasn’t expecting this from Kovid at all. Thank you once again for that fantastic support, I knew that you support me and my work, without supporting Zlatibor Lončar. Loncar has been resigned for a long time, it has been like this for a while, we will see how it will be for another seven days – Vučić told the journalist H1.

Lončar also said that the information provided about Kovid’s deceased was incorrect:

– That information that three times more people died is not true. I would ask everyone to be careful when presenting such information. There is no evidence of that – Lončar said briefly.
