Independent parliamentarian Miladin Sevarlic started a hunger strike, unable to initiate a parliamentary debate on violations of the integrity and territorial sovereignty of Serbia and the lack of respect for Resolution 1244 of the UN Security Council, and joined the leader Dveri and the parliamentarian Bosko Obradovic.
“I just joined Prof. Dr. Miladin Sevarlic on a hunger strike in front of the National Assembly Chamber. And I think I will not be the only one. Not only for the preservation of Kosovo and Metohija as part of Serbia, but first of all because of that … democracy and postponement of elections, “Obradovic wrote on Twitter.
Serbian progressive party deputy Aleksandar Martinović announced that he and his colleague Sandra Božić will start a hunger strike with a request that the prosecution react to the outbursts of Dveri leader Boško Obradović.
Martinović asked prosecutors to imagine why they did not react to the criminal acts that Obradović, as he said, committed, and asked them to finally wake up and bring to justice the perpetrators of the criminal acts.
He added that he would fight to make Serbia a democratic state, and that fascism would not win, and by calling the prosecutor’s office, as he said, he responded to the hunger strike by Dveri leader Boško Obradović.
