The crown has not yet ceased, and today we find new black numbers: almost 3,500 new cases in the last 24 hours. On this infamous list, Belgrade still ranks first, while other larger cities are far behind.
In the capital 1,597 new cases were registered, and like yesterday, Novi Sad is in second place, where the number increased compared to yesterday, and today it has 330 infected.
Nis was again in third place with 113 new cases, followed by Kragujevac with 88. Today there were 70 new cases in Kraljevo, one less than yesterday, making this city fifth on this black list.
For comparison, 1,368 new cases were registered yesterday in Belgrade, 288 in Novi Sad and 122 in Nis. Yesterday there were 79 infected in Pancevo, while today it is not on this list of cities, as well as Valjevo, where there were 78. and today it is on the infamous list, and yesterday it had 71 new patients, one more than today.
Corona in institutions: 295 users and 182 infected employees
To date, the presence of coronavirus has been confirmed in 295 users and 182 employees in social protection institutions and homes for adults and the elderly, the Ministry of Labor announced.
The total number of cured users of social protection institutions is 1,155 and the number of cured people employed in social protection institutions is 466.
Beneficiaries of social protection institutions who are estimated to be potential carriers of the virus are isolated, while employees of social protection institutions, where there is such danger, do not come to work and are in home isolation.
We remind you that in the last 24 hours in Serbia, 14,116 people were tested for the corona virus, 3,499 of them tested positive, while sadly, 17 people died.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and the “Trampoline” Institute, there are 158 patients with respirators in hospitals across the country.
