In other words, the state of Serbia has put up for sale 68 properties that are not necessary for the operation of the Serbian army, it is stated in the announcement published by the Property Directorate of the Republic.
By the way, the Military Complex in the center of Pozarevac, for the purposes of the Army Club, with a basement, ground floor and a floor, with an area of about 1,593 square meters, located at 2 Voje Dulića street in the city center , has been offered for around one million euros. Sometimes it was offered for sale but no one was interested.
The Provalija complex is sold in Sremska Kamenica – 368,000 euros, Miseluk – Gornja Kamenica (1.2 million euros), Alibegovac in Novi Sad, which was offered for 388,000 euros, while 100,000 euros are requested for Grljan in Zajecar.
The Vinarce military warehouses near Leskovac were offered for 168,000 euros, the Reka Ostruznica warehouse in Belgrade’s Cukarica for 752,000 euros, Iline Vode in Kragujevac at a starting price of 226,000 euros, the command in Srbobran for 220,000 euros and the Army Club in Negotin with a starting price of 280,000 euros.
The Zabrdje complex in Petrovac na Mlavi was also offered for 60,000 euros, the industrial road in Nis for 179,000 euros, Bukovac in Petrovaradin for 77,800 euros, the Potok Mesic warehouse in Vrsac for 637,000 euros, Barice in Raska for 109,000 euros, Klicevac – field training in Valjevo. 124.00 euros, and the Staniša hill in Surdulica for 21 thousand euros. The state also sells the Mira military complex, a warehouse in Leskovac, which was offered for 695,000 euros, and the Vila Katarina complex in Knjazevac, for 18,000 euros.
More than half of the properties offered are commercial premises, mainly in Belgrade, and later in Nis and Valjevo. As indicated, the deadline for submitting offers is 15 days. and after the opening of the commission’s offers, the decision on the most favorable ones will be made by the commission.
