The Selters spa in Mladenovac has been in the covid system for three days and the capacities of 180 beds have already been filled, the director of that rehabilitation center, Snezana Kostic, told TV Pink.

He claimed that they had two difficult nights behind them when they had more than 50 admissions of patients with pneumonia caused by coronavirus.

“I must say that we do not take care of the most difficult patients because we do not have intensive care units. We have patients with oxygen therapy. We send the most difficult patients to the hospitals in Smederevo, Smederevska Palanka or Belgrade,” Kostic said.

Patients who are not infected by the coronavirus and who were supposed to come to Selters Spa for rehabilitation, are referred to other Croatian centers in Slankamen, Rusanda, Ribarska Banja …

Kostic recalled that Selters spa is not the first time in the kovid system and that the previous experience they had in the organizational sense means a lot to them.

When asked to compare the patients who came to them in the previous wave and now, he said that today patients weigh incomparably more.
