The sale was canceled and Delta said it was “not profitable” for them.
At the end of September, the “Sava” center was offered at a lower price of € 21.9 million, but still no offer was received.
The buyer is obliged to carry out the construction and handicraft works to adapt and reconstruct the object of the business services, whose total value of all the works cannot be less than 50,000,000 euros, and to submit a report once the reconstruction is completed. , which will be defined in the contract. , stated in the ad.
