Šarčević told Prva TV that 37 percent of the schools will be fully operational and 27 percent of the schools will have class combinations.

“We have provided hygiene products and masks to the local autonomous governments. The recording of the classes is in full swing,” Šarčević said.

When asked if there is a possibility to postpone the start of the school year, he said that it is only possible on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija.

“The situation in the enclaves of Kosovo and Metohija is not the best for us, because measures are not being implemented there like in central Serbia. We will probably move in a week or two. The authorities in Pristina have decided to postpone the start of the school year. , but our students will have classes online. ” he said.

As you said, a parent cannot change their decision from today to tomorrow about whether they want their child to go to school or attend classes online.

“We have weekly reports that we deliver to the epidemiological part of the Crisis Staff,” he said.

Šarčević said that there is a procedure if a child becomes infected and that parents do not send their children to school if they see that they have a fever or some other problem.
