Photo: Private archiveAfter four months, the progressives finally declared victory, formed the Assembly, and announced a new Mayor, Speaker of the Assembly, and members of the City Council. The Sabac SNS will announce the new directors of public companies a little later.
All of this would have been fine, if the elections had taken place in fair and democratic conditions and without the support, of course, of the entire Serbian Mafia, the police, the prosecution, the judges of the Administrative Court and President Aleksandar Vučić himself.
The Administrative Court itself, after the first round of the local elections, admitted that there were many irregularities on the part of the representatives of the SNS, but found a Solomonic solution to repeat the elections, instead of the 100 polling stations, in only 27.
Even after the repeated second round and repeated mafias and threats, blackmail and intimidation of citizens by obsessed types from all over Serbia, the Administrative Court could not ignore Nebojsa Zelenovic’s appeals and again introduced the crime through the back door, declaring only five irregular polling stations.
At that time, it was already clear to everyone “that the power of God does not pray” and that progressives, with the abundant help of gangsters in dark jeeps, who bribed and threatened the frightened inhabitants of the surrounding towns, would come to power. , somehow.
The commotion followed when new complaints from Zelenović followed and when progressives accused the City Election Commission of all this, which supposedly delayed the end of the electoral process in Šabac.
On a night like “glass” in Germany, for no reason at all, several hundred horny and toothless Sabac progressives surrounded the City Administration building where the City Election Commission session was taking place in that moment. Local SNS leaders, with well-trained boys, have no obstacles in the GIK session, threatening the members that they will not be able to leave the building until they make the decisions that suit them.
The Sabac police wholeheartedly helped to carry out this and another terrorist act in an independent state body, deafening themselves, with appeals and petitions from captured GIK members to help them not be lynched.
No one from the police appeared at the municipality’s administrative building, even after several hours of appeals and pleas from the prisoners. The epilogue of this event is that half of the Electoral Commission in Sabac submitted irrevocable resignations for their membership, no longer wanting to suffer the terror and pressure, because there were promises and threats that they would come to the next session with baseball bats and who is alive – who. dead!
In those moments and with such development of the situation, the progressives of Sabac, in conjunction with the state leadership, enter the scene, completely repealing the law. They themselves make the seal of the Municipal Electoral Commission, without a quorum and not acting in accordance with the judgments of the Administrative Court, they proclaim their Electoral Commission, whose headquarters were in the facilities of the SNS in Sabac.
The law says that in the permanent composition of the Electoral Commission no political party or coalition can have more than 50% of its members, but who cares?
To meet the majority quota, Sabac progressives include Sabac’s lawyer vis-à-vis the Russian party in such a GIK, which the Administrative Court ruled about a month earlier that he has no right to participate in the electoral process.
For the offenses committed by the Russian party, a person who was on the electoral list of the same candidate is running as a member.
So the classic legal conflict of interest, everything is clear! Regardless of the fact that there are still several appeals before the Administrative Court for the irregularity of the electoral process in Sabac, the progressives of Sabac and theirs, the parallel GIK makes the decision that the electoral process has ended, assigning 37 of the 69 seats of the board, expelling “Broom”. who had a census and won two terms, divided the mandates of Zelenović and the others, although, even in their combinatorics, this does not match mathematically.
It is not possible to believe that in some electoral colleges they took away the vote in some place and added in others, to level the figures on participation and the number of ballots.
The prosecution is silent on all reports and the Administrative Court has not been announced for days, although the legal deadline for taking Administrative Court decisions is 48 hours.
The political terror started in Sabac. The progressives called the Assembly, despite all the legal and regulatory frameworks, and the mandates of the new councilors were verified with his signature and illegally obtained seal, a certain Boris Tumenko, when, as the eldest in such a GIK, the progressives of Sabac proclaimed him president.
In Šabac these days, the question arises, who is crazy and drugged here and who is drugged? Sabac paradigmatically demonstrated that everything is really possible in Serbia!
