In the Jablanica district, a total of 498 people became ill with the coronavirus, most of them from Leskovac – 339 and Vlasotince – 109, and the highest percentage of people infected in Leskovac are workers at the company “Jura “and his contacts, RTS reported today.

Of 119 patients at the KOVID hospital in Leskovac, 34 are workers at this factory, and most of them have a mild clinical picture.
Right now, the average number of patients is 46 years, 195 people have been cured at the KOVID hospital so far, and another 135 cured people have been released from temporary hospitals.
The director of the Leskovac Institute of Public Health, Aleksandra Nikolić, stated that “there has been a slight increase in the disease since May 1 and that there has been a sudden jump from May 5 to today.”
“In that number of patients, the majority are employed in ‘Jura’, 65 registered since the start of the pandemic,” said Nikolić.
