For approximately two million citizens, automatic payment of aid provided by government measures begins. In addition to the oldest, users of social benefits can also expect to be among the first to pay
PENSIONERS and citizens receiving financial social assistance can already expect a payment of 100 euros in their accounts starting today! For these two categories of adult residents of Serbia, who are the only ones who do not have to apply for financial assistance from the state, the payment started this morning. Approximately two million citizens, approximately 1.7 million pensioners and 200,000 users of social assistance will automatically deposit 100 euros, that is, around 12,000 dinars, in current accounts or for special purposes.
As they say in the Ministry of Finance, pension beneficiaries are also considered users of temporary compensation: disabled workers of the second and third categories, that is, the remaining work skills.
Other adult citizens of Serbia, with a valid ID card and active residence in our country, have been requesting aid for 100 euros for two days through the Treasury Administration portal idp.trezor.gov.rs. As of this morning, they have another option, they can also leave data through the telephone number of the Treasury Administration call center: 0800 101 100. In both cases, the necessary data is JMBG, identification number and the bank where they have or want to open an account.

The Ministry of Finance warns that fellow citizens over 65, if they are not pensioners, must register, since their money will not be paid automatically. The same applies to citizens who were born in Serbia, have residence in our country and have worked and receive a pension from abroad.
– They are also entitled to 100 euros, but they have to register through the portal or call center, but under the condition that they have Serbian citizenship, active residence and a valid identification card, they explain in the corresponding ministry. – All citizens of Serbia living in Croatia or Bosnia and Herzegovina are entitled to one-time assistance, for which they must apply.
If the pension beneficiary or the beneficiary of financial social assistance does not have a checking account, a single dedicated account will be opened at the Postal Savings Bank for this purpose, which will be closed after the citizen withdraws the money. It is enough that they bring their identification card when they go to look for the money.
Payment for all other adult citizens who have previously registered through the Treasury Administration or Contact Center portal will begin no later than June 1. Those who do not have bank accounts, when they request, have the option of choosing a bank in which a dedicated account will be opened for the payment of this assistance. And if the payment is a litter, they can verify through the “Verify login status” option on the portal or in the call center, depending on how they were registered.
BENCH AND KEYBOARD
ALL those who register by phone will be able to choose by bank the bank in which they want their help paid, regardless of whether they have an account or not. They can also press the button to select the bank that will already be offered when listening to the phone service.
CANNOT BE REJECTED
IF one of the pensioners does not want to pay, there is no way to send a request so that it is not paid. Since pension beneficiaries register automatically, this possibility is not foreseen. As the Ministry of Finance says, there is no option to transfer the money directly to humanitarian purposes.
