The average price of renting furnished studios advertised in Belgrade is 200 euros, so you can rent a two-bedroom apartment in Nis, according to a survey conducted by the portal 4zida.rs on the amount of rent.

In Belgrade, the average price to rent one-bedroom apartments is 250 euros, for two-bedroom apartments it is more than 400 euros and three-bedroom apartments, 600 euros, the analysis of the 4zida.rs portal showed.

“It is interesting that the advertised four-bedroom apartments in Belgrade are almost twice as expensive as three-bedroom apartments, if we look at the average, so their rent averages 1,304 euros and five-bedroom apartments even 1,577 euros,” he says. 4zida.rs spokesperson Jasmina Gavrilov Drazic.

He points out that there are not many apartments of this type on the Belgrade market, and that they usually represent luxuriously decorated real estate located in the most elite places in the city: Belgrade on the water, a stretch around the Temple of Saint Sava or Senjak.

When it comes to Novi Sad, the average price of furnished studios, which are advertised on 4zida.rs, is 182 euros, 15 euros less than the average price of a studio in Belgrade, while one and a half bedroom apartments They cost 272 euros, about 30 euros less than in Belgrade.

“You feel a greater price difference in apartments with more rooms, so the average price of three-bedroom apartments in Novi Sad is a little over 400 euros, while in Belgrade it is even 200 euros higher. Rent Four-bedroom apartments are three times more expensive in the capital (1,304 euros) than in Novi Sad, where these apartments are rented for 542 euros, “says Gavrilov Dražić.

On the other hand, it is enough to reserve 124 euros for a studio in Nis, while the average price of two-bedroom apartments of 189 euros is even more favorable than the price of a studio in Belgrade.

According to data from the 4zida.rs portal, furnished three-bedroom apartments in Nis were advertised for an average of 260 euros and four-bedroom apartments for 405 euros, indicating that apartment rental prices of all structures in Nis they are twice as favorable as in Belgrade.
