The vice president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Dusko Markovic, evaluated that reconciliation “is not built on the achievements of the kidnapped state, the kidnapped church.”
He wrote this on his Twitter account on the occasion of the decision of the Main Board of the URA Civic Movement, which supported the amendments to the Law on Freedom of Religion or Belief and the Legal Statute of Religious Communities, stating that Montenegro needs reconciliation.
“I remind you that reconciliation is not based on the achievements of a hijacked state, a hijacked church, a dethroned dynasty, but on the recognition of a kind of political crime against the independent state of Montenegro,” Markovic wrote on Twitter.
